I have resided here for almost a year. If I have a maintenance issue, it is attended to immediately. The grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly, and they are pet-friendly. All in all, it has been a joy to call Ahford Lakes home.
Great landscaping, clean grounds, and friendly staff! Close to I-40 and I-85 for commute, and about 5 minutes to downtown Hillsborough.
Ashford Lakes community is beautiful. My fiancé and I actually did not end up leasing at Ashford Lakes, only because our job(s) took us elsewhere. When we inquired however, Samantha was amazing. She made us feel as though we were already "home". We loved the different layouts that Ashford had to offer us, and we really were intrigued by all of the outdoor space, both with the apartment, and within the community also. I hope down the road we can make our way back to Hillsborough, and Ashford Lakes community.
Me & my family love it here at Ashford Lakes❤️❤️☀️☀️Kelly & the entire staff have been nothing but GREAT. Located perfectly between I40 & I85 and minutes from everything! Did I mention the food y’all here in Hillsborough? The BBQ at Hillsborough BBQ is a must along with WHIT’s ice cream is amazing!! Historic downtown Hillsborough is a great place to hang out with the family also!! Why are y’all not here yet?
I love this apartment community because it is clean, well maintained, peaceful, landscaped nicely, friendly neighbors, great highway access and management is highly responsive and caring to our needs! Kelly, the Property Manager, has been extremely helpful from the start in helping us obtain an apartment and garage on-site, while we were still in Colorado. Her constant attention to our needs and details made our relocation much smoother and we are very grateful to her dedication to making us happy tenants!
Ashford Lakes Apartments is located in an idyllic setting just outside of the charming, historic center of Hillsborough, North Carolina. When my mother was looking for a nice place to retire, after keeping up a huge house which was beyond the abilities of any one person, I wanted to be sure she relocated to a place that was beautiful, safe, clean, quiet, and with adequate installations.
