Ashford Hills is Reynoldsburg's best kept secret. I lived here in the past, and just recently moved back. I wasn't happy with the place I had moved to and I couldn't imagine living anywhere other than here. The property manager has gone above and beyond to help me get settled and to make me feel at home. Amanda and Steve have been amazing and I am glad to see that Elon has someone in charge that truly cares about the property and it's residents.
Unprofessional does not even begin to describe this property. Within the past two years a new property manager took over the resins and this property is a dump. Since Amanda is a grad from Ohio State in business management you would think she would show more professionalism. they don't give you New Blinds every year they Don't shampoo your Carpet every year.I had to buy my own blinds I had to fix my own stove.They did do the side walk a couple of times.Parking lot all iced up.They don't salt.They did do side walk i think once.The walls&celing leaks still.You are not allowed to have swimming pools ,grills Ask for new toilet seat.Nothing from them guess i'll have to pay for that too.Can't plant any flower or anything it all has to be on porch only.One ugly look place.The roof yauning has a large b... read more
My father has lived at Ashford Hills for years. The staff has always been very helpful and they keep the property looking nice.
