My experience with Mr. Ashford called his number and his assistant answered she took my number and my information. To never receive a call from Mr. Ashford instead got a call from closest friend in jail to hear Mr. Ashford came to meet with him and in an irritated voice stating your friend's and family keeps calling me. That is so rude and unprofessional of him to say that to a client when the client has more on there plate, then as Mr. Ashford puts it has family and friends calling about the cases. I am reading the bad reviews about Mr. Ashford and that is not the man that I got for my son case. He was very honest about my son situation and let me know the choices that he had. My son had one of the worst cases you can have. Every time I called him his receptionist would answer and tell me he wasn't in, and she would take a message and make sure he got it. If I could give a negative star, I would. If you want an incompetent and horrible lawyer, he's the guy. He is the true definition of: Ineffective Assistance of Counsel. In 5 years, COUNT - 5, he didn't interview one character witness or investigate the case on his own. Appeared to be to working for the prosecution. I'd bet money on it. He is HORRIBLE.
