From start to finish, Ashford ENT has been nothing short of incredible. Under some pretty strenuous circumstances, they got me in as a work-in appointment as a New Patient without hesitation and immediately made me feel cared for and prioritized. Everyone there, including the doctor, cares about you and wants to help. Dr Ashford especially really takes the time to try to speak to you on your level. The office is clean and pleasant. But I have some concerns about the doctor's lack of knowledge surrounding audiological matters. I grant that this is not an audiology practice, but the bar should be higher. Dr. Ashford has seen my entire family, I have even referred others to his practice, but it seemed once all my children had their tonsils out, and there wasn’t another patient in sight in our family, the courtesy I had been used too was gone. I’ve paid thousands of dollars to this practice, 5 surgeries, but when I got my follow up appointment dates for my children off by one day, I was slapped with a no show fee. $50 per kid, which it was a double appointment.
