I had an excellent experience with Yessi in the leasing office at Ashford Communities. She was professional, friendly, and very patient throughout the entire leasing process. She answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made everything easy and stress-free. Her customer service is outstanding, and she truly cares about helping residents. Luz Good service, friendly and nice person
Since March almost from three weeks or AC is not working. We learn multiple times to the leasing office and they are not resolving our issue. Even the apartment have really bad smell and we feel supplication. They just install an external small AC which is which is not cooling the for apartment. It’s two bedroom apartment so we need to repair our air conditioning system. The leasing office is neither replying neither helping us and always rude.
Ashford Communities apartments are in the nice neighborhood. The staff is friendly and responsive to the residents.
