There's never hot water. You call and complain at the front leasing office and their excuse is that the pipes are old the plumbing is old they had to cut the hot water off because somebody broke a pipe again or a pipe busted it's always some kind of excuse to why you don't have hot water. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Since day one they been nice they help me thru my application the apt was clean and everything was working properly no complaints at all i love it since day one and i will definitely recommend this apts. Thank you!
Wasp, bats, no visitor parking, and only 2 maintenance people. Always a/c and hot water problems. Brown water comes out of the faucets at times. Not the maintenance guys fault that they have so many issues with these old buildings but they need to hire more help. Been here only 4 months and a/c went out 2 times already. Looking forward to moving asap.
My boyfriend moved in on April 1, 2016 since the day he moved the apartment was given filthy, holes behind the toilet, toilet seat old, dishwasher not working, patio door widely open latch loose, many more things the worst part is now since date he moved in with no A/C they have been given the run around saying that the part is missing and that they are waiting for it.
