Great staff clean environment
It's a cute place and me and my boyfriend enjoy it for what it was. We even have a nice view and good balcony space. Currently we still reside here but I'm not sure I'm going to renew Here's why. Communication needs improvement. Anytime we'd call the front office, no one would pick up, regardless of the hour. It is to the point that me and my boyfriend know the only way to really talk to someone is to go to the office directly. They never answer the phone… Its been 2 weeks and I still can’t take a shower and haven’t heard anything back about it… they charge us $25 for trash service that never happens no one ever pick up the trash
Good location and the apartments are decent in size, free gym access is nice although the selection of weights and equipment is extremely low it’s way better than nothing. The pool is really nice although I’ve never gone in they always have a life guard for little kids and I like that a lot. The main issue has to be the cleanliness of the shared living areas. Since living here our shared laundry room has never been cleaned and our hallway carpet (also shared) has been cleaned once. They have said on previous reviews that the... read more
