I have never checked in, but I applied for a visit on the website. After arriving, there was no one in the property office. I called them to ask. A lady said that there was no room available now, but the website showed that there were still rooms to choose from, which was very chaotic.
Always ask us to wait outside and communicate with us by phone to see who is the customer.
You have a very bright property manager, who (I was told by multiple residents) is very responsive and was made for this position. I hope you never leave where I live.
Very understanding management, with a son who has autism and other special needs. They had compassion and worked with me. I would deffintly move back there if I had a chance.
