You have a very bright property manager, who (I was told by multiple residents) is very responsive and was made for this position. I hope you never leave where I live.
Very understanding management, with a son who has autism and other special needs. They had compassion and worked with me. I would deffintly move back there if I had a chance.

This was by far our favorite apartment complex we have ever lived in. Rent prices were decent especially for Seattle. Loni was super nice and really easy to reach and communicate with. Froilan who is in maintenance is also nice and easy to work with. I would often put a work request in and he would be up to or apartment same day to make repairs. It is an older complex so pipes can smell but they have strong air fresheners in the halls which help alot. Halls are always clean and well maintained. Tenants are friendly. Thank yo... read more
Very clean inside and well maintained outside. The passcode locked door helps with safety. Limited parking on street around complex.
