Love my storage unit here. The 24 hour access is what got my attention but the couple of months I’ve had this unit have been easy compared to other places like Extra Space Storage (do NOT recommend) and the rates are better than any other place from what I’ve seen. Pretty sure we’re even gonna upgrade our unit to a bigger one we’re so happy!

Extremely unprofessional. The owner, Wayne, freely gave my information to a vehicle owner who rents the parking space next to mine. And when I called to ask him about it he admitted to it and his exact words were”I would do it again”. He cares nothing of the privacy act. Your information is NOT safe. We also had a storage unit there. They are old and the driveway between units had very deep dips, so not all vehicles can get through. The lady that used to work there was amazing but is no longer there. Under new ownership and so far not impressed. The price keeps getting higher, too. Not happy.

I have called 5 times and left messages, sent an email, and logged in to the portal to try and cancel my services. No one will call me back. Now I am receiving past due notices for a camper space I have been trying to cancel for a month!!! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!
