I went there today with two friends and it was an excellent experience. I started my day feeling pretty grumpy but I left the Salt Cave feeling refreshed and amazing. And very happy!
Didn't know what to expect...I enjoyed my first visit and plan on going back. Very relaxing and needed after 2 stressful days of work. Nice to clear your mind and take advantage of the salt benefits.
Amazing place to relax and get away from the hussle and bussle of downtown Asheville. The staff is super friendly. They make you feel like past of the family!

An absolutely gorgeous downtown refuge! Jodie's attention to detail shines throughout the space. The cave itself is absolutely beautiful and so very conducive to introspection and deep healing. I was amazed to see the gorgeous retail area full of many gorgeous ways to incorporate healing salts into our lives and homes! I highly recommend this beautiful place to all!
A must visit place in Asheville whether you are local or out of town. Jodie and her team doing a wonderful job here and it is so relaxing and peaceful.
