I get massages bi-weekly so got the 'heal your sole massage'. It was a 45 min foot massage and it was ammmmmmazing. I caught myself falling asleep a few times I was so relaxed. Neat place. We come to Asheville a couple times a year and have never been here. We'll definitely be back.
I went for a hot stone massage and I really had a wonderful experience. This was a different experience with the hot stones since it was with the salt stones and I really enjoyed it. I just wish we had a place who did massages like this back where I lived. The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave good advice with questions that I was asking.

Relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Enjoyed the salt cave and the store. Friendly staff too! Recommend that you park in a parking lot rather than metered space. It wasn't fun to leave in a completely relaxed state and find a parking ticket on my windshield because I had overstayed the meter time by 10 minutes. Or, allow for 11/2 hours just in case you want to wonder through the store and talk with the owners, as I did.
