My daughters and I relaxed in the salt cave after a long day of hiking in DuPont. We enjoyed 45 glorious minutes of pure relaxation while breathing in the therapeutic advantages of Himalayan salt melting into a zero gravity chair.

If you need to relax, I absolutely recommend the salt cave. I just went for my 3rd visit and I got so relaxed that I fell asleep. There are 3 fountains in the room, salt blocks lining the walls, salt for the floor, zero gravity chairs, relaxing music, and they turn the lights down low. The salt cave is not only relaxing, but it does have healing qualities. My favorite healing quality is the respiratory relief because I have bad allergies. I can always tell a difference after I have spent time in the cave.

This was my second time in the salt cave and had a wonderful experience! So relaxing and felt super energized when done. The zero gravity chair was a plus. Loving their new location. I bought the luxurious salt glow skin scrub after trying it in their bathroom. I also bought the Breathe bath salts. I’ll definitely be back upon my next visit to Asheville. I highly recommend salt therapy at least once per year.

This was my first visit. My massage with Jason was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my solo experience in the Salt cave. I look forward to bringing my husband to experience the salt cave. Next time I will get a 90 min massage in the salt cave. It was so worth the drive over from Seymour, Tn.
