RecommendedNeat experience. 2 things would have made it so much better. The employees walked SO LOUD upstairs which was disturbing. It sounded like a herd of elephants. Also I really liked the music but at certain times it would get extremely loud which again took away from the experience.

RecommendedI love the salt cave. I started coming here before I moved to Asheville and it was in the old location in downtown. I loved it then, but the new location is WAY better! They have their own parking area and there’s no more overhead noise in the cave from the parking garage. It truly feels like a spa. I just went into the cave yesterday at the tail end of a head cold. Recommendedgreat atmosphere. I had never been to anything like this before. My mom had gone with her friends a few months back for a girl's day and fell in love with it, that was at the old location. Her birthday was this past weekend and this is where she wanted to go, she loved the new location, she had an amazing massage she loved, I think April was who did it, and we did the salt cave together which was so relaxing. Would highly recommend this place all around five stars

RecommendedMy husband were in Asheville celebrating his birthday. We had a great experience at the Salt Cave. Since we were there at an off time, it wasn't crowded at all. It was so relaxing to just sit in the cave and relax.
RecommendedAwesome atmosphere, great massage. Kelsey R. was my therapist and she did an incredible job. I made sure to book another massage with her before I left during my initial visit. I absolutely recommend a treatment here, and make sure to request Kelsey if you want a wonderful massage.
