This was my first time going to a salt cave and I loved the experience! I had been fighting a sinus infection that would not go away and decided to see if it would help at all. I felt a difference with my cough as soon as I was in the salt cave and now days later my sinus infection is gone! Thankful for my experience and would definitely go back!

I just went to their Sound Healing Concert and had an amazing experience. I highly recommend that you try it. Billy from Skinny Beats is very talented and I would like to say I had a transforming experience. As always an hour in the Salt Cave leaves you feeling refreshed and breathing easier. Go to the Salt Cave!! It will change your life and make you feel better!

Every year we take an annual trip to Asheville, and it wouldn't be trip without a visit to the salt cave. Do yourself a favor and book a massage for a slot right after your salt cave experience.. the perfect way to wind down and relax!

The facility is clean. We have been to another salt cave. Inhalers were offered here. We bought a couple to bring home and try. The water features were noisy and blocked much of the relaxing music for me. Staff was friendly.

This is our second visit in our two most recent trips to Asheville. We love the new location, which is near to our standard B&B. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair.

It was absolutely a terrific experience. Kept my wife and kids from talking for an hour! I want to come back with my step mother, mother in law, aunt and cousin's wife. Forced silence. Loved it.
