Had a pleasant, efficient buying experience and my service appointments for maintenance have been timely and reliable work while services were rendered. The personnel (all) have been very helpful thus far. Can’t ask for a better experience at this point and time
Quick and easy process, friendly staff. Looking forward though, and reading all the negative reviews about the service department, I’m somehow concerned about the timelines getting my Navigator serviced. Surely, I do not want to wait weeks to get a simple oil change done, and God forbid, there’s something more serious to address.
