I had an issue with my only car, the local Chevrolet place couldn't do anything at all for me, so I called Asheville Chevrolet. they did everything in their power to help me out! Kim in the service center went above and beyond! when I need anything done for my vehicle I'm going to Asheville Chevrolet, and when it's time to trade, I'm going there for that! many kudos.
RecommendedI have taken my Chevy vehicle to Asheville Chevy for the entire year and a half we have lived in Asheville. The service department (Kim) had been so amazing that we have now purchased two vehicles from there in the last 6 months. Sales department was just as amazing as the service department! We never feel pressured by either sales department or service department to do anything we are not ready to do. I would HIGHLY recommend Asheville Chevrolet to anyone looking for great service and excellent sales!! ❤️❤️

This initially started out as a VERY bad review, however, Stan and Bobby changed my opinion of Asheville Chevrolet. I had an issue with a used car I bought within the first month of my purchase. Stan, did the right thing and fixed my car free of charge. I know a mechanical issue can happen anytime and it’s not necessarily anyone’s fault, but Asheville Chevrolet STOOD BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Best salesmen around but watch the service department. Twice they have told me they rotated the tires on my truck and didn’t actually do it. I marked them before I went to be sure. Waited 3 hours for a routine service and then another hour for the tires.
They didnt do what we asked in the first place, which costed us a charge of almost 900.00 dollars, when the actual problem, only costed 17.99. What they "fixed", wasn't broken.
