I honestly cannot recommend this Birth & Wellness Center enough. Intuitively, I knew I did not want to give birth in a hospital for several reasons, and having my firstborn at this birth center truly felt meant to be. I am a former lawyer with a deep passion for holistic health, quite critical of the medical system, and not afraid to ask questions - so I’m certainly not the easiest person to please when it comes to healthcare. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Birth Center. The prenatal care was absolutely exceptional — every visit felt personal, and it was clear that everyone truly took the time to get to know me and understand my unique preferences. Although my baby’s birth didn’t go exactly as planned, I felt deeply supported and cared for by the entire team. could not recommend asheville birth and wellness enough! we were able to meet all of the midwives and nurses during our prenatal appointments and genuinely felt comfortable with any of their staff attending our birth. their entire staff is friendly, qualified, and sincere in their care. we had peace of mind knowing their location is only a few minutes from the hospital in case we needed to transfer during delivery. however, we ended up having a lovely, uncomplicated, natural delivery in their home-like setting where they pro... read more
