There was never a contract signed by *** **** for $220,000. We would be happy to provide the original contract that *** signed and dated for the original purchase price that was not for $220,000.00, it was a higher number than that. We would also be more than willing to provide all documentation/conversations/signatures and approval from *** **** in regards to her updated sales price. Thank you!
