If you like gunshots at 2am, vehicle vandalism, stolen bikes out of their “secured bike storage” and crack heads and homeless going through the garbage room all the time then Asher 22 has the best that north Portland offers!!!!! Seriously the loud neighbors and non communicative management is the least of your worries if you move here. For a measly 1100 bucks a month you can rent one of their shoebox sized rooms cigarette smokers included on every floor at no extra cost!
