My most recent purchase was no exception, with Rita Perry finding me the perfect home and making sure the process went smoothly from beginning to end. You can’t go wrong with this great company and it’s knowledgeable Realtors!
Rita Perry was wonderful working with us over the past two years trying to find a home that would meet our needs. Out of the blue we called her in late November to make an offer on a home she showed us 15 months earlier-the price had dropped to something reasonable. She worked crazy hours over Thanksgiving to negotiate the contract, then helped us arranging inspections, etc with a ridiculous close date of under 20 days so we would not have to put our goods in storage and to make it happen. Beckie was fantastic to work with as I searched for the perfect second home. She was very interested in my wish list and selected potential lots/cabins to meet my needs, which I did on day 1!!! She stayed with me through closing and still keeps in touch with me even after closing. I am thrilled with my cabin and I have Beckie's hard work to thank for my beautiful view of the New River!!!!!
