Ashcroft does not care about their trades or the quality of work put into a house. The construction manager constantly lies and cuts corners to get what he wants. It is unfortunate for his partners for having to deal with such a person. Communication between management and field staff is very poor requiring constant call backs for changes. I would not recommend buying from a company who undercuts their own trades amongst each other and bullies trades into taking less while requiring more work.
Just met with Brent, positive experience for sure. Office very clean and professional looking.
Staff was friendly and professional. They built our home and we absolutely love it.
