Fantastic customer service and a great selection. I went in there with an issue I was having with a rifle and they immediately started stripping my rifle to identify the problem. Once identified, the gentleman pointed out that it was a lower end part (ya, I went kinda cheap) that I purchased because the ratings were good on it. He explained that it was a learning curve when it came to buying those parts due to their ratings but he explained so in a very non-condescending way -- a lot of places would've been rude about it.
