RecommendedGreat experience despite the sad news we received on our Lab. We thought our dog had an obstruction and needed surgery. Even though they were booked for the day, they were still able to squeeze us in for an appt. and possible surgery/ Dr. Smith was very professional, compassionate, thorough, and gave us several options to care for our Lab. Unfortunately, we had to euthanize our 12 year old dog yesterday. My husband and I have always been impressed with Dr. Lisa May Moran’s bedside manner and yesterday was no different. She reassured us that we were doing the right thing, that it was obvious that Lilly was loved, and that Lilly would just go to sleep - she wouldn’t hurt anymore. Having her reassurances and watching the way she respectfully handled Lilly made a heartbreaking situation easier. Thank you, Dr. May. 🙏🏻
Ashby Animal Clinic has taken phenomenal care of each one of our fur babies through both minor and major medical needs. All staff members are exceptional and treat our pets as they would treat their own. We love Ashby!!

All of the staff with whom I’ve interacted are so patient and thorough. They do a great job at answering all of my questions and providing knowledgeable advice. All of the employees are wonderful and they make it so easy for me to trust them with my puppy!

I'd like to commend the staff at Ashby Animal Clinic. They took the time, Saturday, to check our dog out as soon as possible, everyone was very kind and considerate, and was quick to answer all of our questions, with detail. During a difficult time like that, it is very comforting knowing that our dog was in great, caring hands. We really appreciate that. We will continue to use their services.
3 years ago I did my internship at Ashby Animal Clinic for my veterinary assistant class, so when it came time to have my baby Hazel spayed there was no doubt in my mind that I would be taking her there! Everyone from the front desk to the Drs. is patient and pleasant. Dr. always spends a lot of time with us.
Very friendly overall staff. Makes you and your pet feel as if you are the most important ones they have to treat that day. Always making sure they are getting the proper diagnosis. Our vet goes out of her way to check on Morgan through phone calls the days following our visit.
