I was a resident in this apartment, when I was abruptly job relocated to Georgia. This required me to break my lease a fee of $275, on top of paying my monthly rent. I have been relocated for 1 month. They are still not finished cleaning the apartment & will take at least another 30 days to paint it. They stated that they will not prioritize re rental of my apartment over any other.
