I’ve called 6-7 times to get information about renting. No answer
In October of 2023 I spoke with David Mendez regarding my lease and why the rate on it was being increased. He told me that rent increases are now handled by a computer and there was nothing they could do about the increases. He also told me that after checking he could see I was actually paying above market, and he would try to do something but couldn't make any promises. I lived at ashburton woods apartments for 17 years and yes at certain points I did have field mice, never had roaches, and did what was needed to get rid of them. My 4 stars is in reference to Sherawn, the leasing consultant. I could say alot about this courteous, caring, knowledgeable, hardworking, strong, direct, helpful young lady, and I'm soooooo happy i got the opportunity to have her as a friend, but my leasing consultant. The leasing manager Shervon is super patient, kind and gets things done. She understands the tenants and is able to help or recommend solutions to issues with regards to the apartment. The apartments are super spacious especially the living and dining room area. The cleaning staff are hard working and has the stairway and yard clean all throughout the week, when tickets are placed for any fixtures it usually gets done before the next day. Pets are allowed which is a super plus cause not many places are accommodating.
