Man oh man were to start do yourself a favor and look elsewhere… Recently moved out awaiting my security deposit. Thoroughly cleaned apartment and had everything in top order. Unfortunately that didn’t matter because they weaseled not only my whole security deposit but I had to pay an additional $5.00 on top of that. My apartment was cleaner than when I moved in… $350 for painting $115 for carpet cleaning and $145 for the already clean apartment??? Just say deposits are non refundable.
