The coach:JJ is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I have to give a shout to to Coach JJ and the 6 PM class who helped me get thru my first try at Diane! I did a forward roll AND deadlifted 55 - I've graduated to the 33 lb bar and did all the "stink bugs". I'm so proud - I got a little verklempt driving home. Doing physical stuff requiring coordination is HUGE for me. This box is great - the coaches care about you - as Coach JJ said - you just have to come - we'll help you make your goals.
