Had a terrific cross fit introduction in the New You Challenge with Coach Lee, Jane, and Amy. I'd recommend this box to anyone interested in trying out cross fit. The Workout of the Day was challenging but scalable to all ability levels.
Dropped in to check out the digs and thought it was awesome. Great people, killer WOD, great way to embrace the suck.
Ashburn Crossfit has an excellent class for middle school aged kids called "GIRLSTRONG" and "BOYSTRONG." My daughter has been doing the program for a few months and, though she was nervous at first, she has loved every minute! She feels stronger, more confident and more capable in her body. Thanks for offering a fun, challenging, and supportive environment!
