Months went by. Never received anything. I called and left messages. They stopped returning my calls. It was a complete waste of our time, resources and money. There was absolutely no follow up at all
One word to describe my experience with Ashburn Children’s Dentistry is upsetting. I find myself getting upset every time I even think about this place. We wasted precious time, resources and money here. The doctor there told me that my son had a severe lip and tongue tie and that he was being referred immediately for a sleep study and to a cranial osteopathy doctor. Weeks went by. No one called. Today I had one of the best experiences ever. I had appointments for both my kids at the same time. My son had finished his cleaning, but my daughter was anxious about the cleaning and various procedures that needed to be done. My sons hygienist Ethan went above and beyond! He stayed with him and helped to keep him entertained and safe, which allowed me to focus on my daughter, and help her thru her cleaning. We have been using this practice for 10 years and have always had great experiences. They work with each child and talk through what is going on. My kids enjoy the movies and fun atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a Dental office that truly caters to kids.. there is no better place than Ashburn Childrens Dentistry!! Our daughters have enjoyed (not a joke) coming to their dentist since they first teeth erupted! We are so thankful as parents that the process has no anxiety associated and we are confident that their teeth and oral hygiene is under the best care (their teeth sparkle!).
