Claimed not responsible for damage done to dash cam while cleaning interior of car. 40$ to keep a customer happy is too much for this place. It's sad.
Wow it has been some time since I have been here (last time they broke my rear defrost) no sense of urgency whatsoever had to wait at every aspect of the wash. By the way. There was nobody in front of me...zero customers its right now Wednesday at 1:45. I actually woke up one of the workers that was sleeping on the couch in the waiting area. This place has gone from an upscale car wash to the old school car wash mentality of " whatever". I'll go to one of the other nearby washes from now on. Not impressed at all!!!!
