Great community. The best in GA.The sales guy Jonathan is so sweet, handsome, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.
Staff is friendly, and management is working hard to make positive changes towards a better future at Volante of Ashbrook
Do not put your family member here. They currently have no cook. The food they are giving is not adequate even when they had a cook. They barely have staff on duty and half the time they are napping or just don’t care. These people are paying so much money and for what???? It’s a sad thing to see. If you love and care about your family member don’t put them here.
Before Volante took over this place was ok, but under the new management and predatory price Increases, coupled with a decline in the quality of care and even food preparation Ashbrook has become a sub-par assisted living. For the same price you can put your loved one in a much nicer facility. The new company has a reputation of taking well run facilities and running them straight into the ground, and Ashbrook is well on it's way. The director of this facility lacks empathy and is only concerned with the bottom dollar.
