LANDLORDS BEWARE OF PAUL CHERRY. Paul was a terrible person to deal with when both living in and moving out of my apartment. He would negatively speak about my landlord in an unprofessional manner. When there was snow and ice on the property he did not make the necessary arrangements to remove. It got so bad that I had to call 311.
