Main feature of warm soaking tub was broken and kept being told one more hour, definitely be up within an hour now. Four hours later, they were still draining and refilling warm bath. Manager had left and assistant wanted to charge $20 a person for rinsing off in a shower and waiting for two hours. At one point 6 facial treatments were ordered and 30 minutes later never delivered, so our group of 8 left. Best way for me to unplug (literally!) from technology at the end of the week.
The massage was amazing and relaxing. Room temperature was nice, heated table was perfect. The spa area was just as relaxing. I thought I'd never do the cold dip but after I tried it, I did it 3 more times. It was amazing.
One of the most relaxing experiences you can have in sacramento. This was my first time in the bath house I wish I could give 10 stars. The yoga has always been exactly what I needed. Mellisa is my favorite instructor.

Hard to rate this place. The facility, the concept, and the relaxation are 5 stars. The service however, is horrendous. For starters, it would be helpful if they placed a sign on the front door that said "quiet please" so that visitors would know it has a quiet atmosphere and are not instead just hit with a "shh" or dirty looks upon walking in instead of being greeted. I'm afraid to rave too much about this place because it is such a gem 💎. I had an excellent experience there yesterday! I got a massage and spent all day soaking, steaming & cold plunging. I felt transported to a different time & place. Great staff as well.
