Thank you Asha for an awesome first visit! This is the perfect urban zen retreat. After a very friendly welcome and overview of the etiquette, I was in for almost 2 hours of steam/sauna, frigid cold pool dunk, hot pool, and literally rinse and repeat. The facilities are very clean and inviting. Make sure to bring flip flops, a towel and bathing suit. Definitely will be back frequently!!
I love this place ! It’s so peaceful and the massages are AMAZING !!! this was my second time going and it won’t be my last !!!

Great relaxing, adult time escape from my 8 month old son for the afternoon! Front desk staff was friendly, facility was clean, and I left feeling so relaxed it almost felt like I'd had a massage. I came with a friend early on a Wednesday, which was perfect because only a handful of other guests came through in the 2+ hours we soaked and enjoyed the sauna/steam rooms. I'll definitely be coming back.
Absolutely adore this place. Its like one of the many fabulous hot springs we have here in California was shrunk down and transplanted in the city. One of the best experiences available.
