After 2 hours of chilling out in the luxury of the pools I felt truly wonderful.
I had looked this place up a few times because I kept hearing my friends talk about it. I looked at the website many times and thought "hmmm... this looks so relaxing, but I'm busy." Yesterday, I booked my afternoon out and went .... Wow. I am so glad I made the time to unplug and hangout here to almost 3 hours (and I didn't want to leave). I will definitely be coming back to this place more! The facilities are beautiful and welcoming! So grateful Sacramento more has a space like this! <3

I wonder how I lived before I had such a wonderful place to drop in and chill out. And winter makes for the perfect time to take advantage of this kind of time out. A better alternative to meeting the girls for happy hour, just meet her. Catch a glass of wine after.
Such a welcoming place. I literally lost track of time and sweet Kevin had to come kick me out cuz it was time to close. I will def be back many times. Perfect little respite in our gem of a city.
I'm torn between wanting to keep this wonderful place a secret, and wanting to tell everyone about it because it's so great. Guess I'll share! Spent 2.5 blissfully relaxing hours here on New Year's Day. I arrived with a raging headache and sore body, the lingering results of a snow-sledding crash a few days earlier. After an amazing massage followed by stints in the hot soaking pool, sauna, and steam room, the headache was gone and every part of me was relaxed. I even braved the cold plunge pool. Yowza!
