Please read the reviews! I wished I had ! I have a natural arch brow, well not after leaving this place in tears. They rounded my eye brows without even asking me. Not sure why the lady was in such a rush , when I told her to fix it I noticed now there is a bald patch on my right eyebrow. All they can say is wait for it to grow out. The worst part is they are like it’s okay... it’s NOT okay when your client leaves in tears ! I tried this location after their location in Plano burned my skin. Both location suck ! Specifically asked for a clean up and not to make it thin. She did the complete opposite. No one ever seems to greet us when we walk in and also seemed like none of the same girls are ever there, always new ones.

I did not have a good experience. I specifically asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up as I did not want them thin. I got exactly what I did not want....thin eyebrows. When she was done, I told her that they were thin and she says "no." I wake up the next morning to realize that one eyebrow is shaped differently than the other as well. I have never had to do much of anything to my eyebrows but now I will need to add makeup to correct the shape and thinness. I am very upset and will not be returning.
