rudeness at pick never take google time in account this for 2 nd time came on time but they are close i just wanted to book appointment but system is down. receptionist is super rude she doesn't care.

Hi my dad is your Scarborough location patient, we have called over a whole year to book an appointment, but never got calls answered!! We have left many voice msg but also never get a reply!! This is terrible!!! What is the meaning if you let patients leave a voice msg but never call back patients?? I also go to your website to try to book appointment online, but there is only a link to register new patient, don't see a link for current patient to book. This clinic is does not accept walk in. Still they are not able to answer their phone, not even once. They have an online system to book appointments with the doctors which shows date and time but your appointment will not be confirmed when u move ahead with that process, you will get a message whether they will accept or decline it. I have been calling these guys to book an appointment and confirm but hey no response. Dr. Vanaty needs to work on her time management because she never takes people in at the appointment time. ... read more
