My experience with Ash Management has been utterly disappointing and, at times, frightening. Last summer, a tenant living above us caused a major incident—police surrounded the entire building, and we had no warning or communication from management. The building manager wasn’t even aware this was happening. Since then, I’ve had numerous other issues. A water pipe burst in the building, and we were left with no water. This company really turned it around for the benefit of all! This SO much better than last year! Highly recommended. Check photos below if you want to rent from this company. They take care of the property, people in the building and the neighbourhood so well! Had trouble posting this review some months ago for some reason but wanted share. This is THE BEST it has looked for quite some time, actually serious on the best part
Worse management i have ever. Last year ash management took over the responsibility of building 686 Sheppard street. From the day things are getting worse and they are doing good for nothing to do improvements in building simply their motive is to collect money very first day of every month.
