Signed lease with them on July 31st 2023. Its almost 3 weeks, haven’t received signed lease from them. Leased unit needed repair in the Kitchen, Washroom and pesticide are required ASAP. I have been calling and emailing the property Manager and rest of the management but no response to any call and email. I will wait another week after I will surely reach out to the Residential tenancy branch city of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Their managers have zero empathy and they don’t know what is tenant relationship management! If you tell them your issues, they will either ignore or be rude to you.
Lisa was incredibly welcoming and friendly when I came to view a suite. The front entrance was immaculate and clean. She really deserves the recognization for being such a great caretaker !
