Juvy the strict property manager, keeps the rules and knows what she’s doing. I’d rather avoid dealing with her if I’m on the bad side.
At 1010 Brazier Street I've had a few caretakers come and go. Most of the caretakers have been respectful and did there jobs well except for one. However Melissa, the current caretaker is the coolest and friendliest ever. Always willing to engage in a friendly conversation, laugh at my corny jokes and is constantly cleaning the property. I consider her a friend.
My brother recommended this place to me and I’ve been very thankful to him for doing so! I have been in contact with Marlon for my issues and he has helped me every step of the way! I don’t know where I’d end up if he wasn’t there!
I have been living in this building for over a decade and I can tell you Melissa is a top notch caretaker at 1010 Brazier! She is always on top of everything and I can count on her to get the job done and take care of things properly which gives the tenants confidence in the building as a whole. Her communication skills are excellent.
I would like to take a moment to thank Lisa for excellent work in keeping the the building clean. She is very friendly easy to approach and has a big heart. We need more caretakers like her keep up the excellent work Lisa. Lady trevi 1861 main street
