The worst service i have ever had in my life. Laziness should be the new tagline for this management group. They don’t respect their tenants time and money. Their property managers can barely speak english and make big promises to rent out the units.Once u pay the first rent it takes them all the time in this world to process your lease agreement and ur move in plans are not considered at all they work when they want to.

They don’t believe in helping the community at all. Most of the apartment are over priced and run down. They refuse to address bedbugs issues in most of there buildings. Very unprofessional people working in the office. When asked about speaking to management. They never ever return your calls. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I submitted my rental application over three weeks ago, and despite multiple visits to the office, I still haven’t received a single update. Every time I ask, I’m told, “We’ll contact you,” but that never happens. Keeping applicants waiting for weeks without any communication is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Been trying to call and get ahold of someone for a month now. No one answers the phone or calls back. We literally want to set up payments for our property and they won't answer!!! I don't understand how to get ahold of anyone. I called numerous different people on their call menu with zero response. And not one call back. Left tons of voicemails.
