This company really turned it around for the benefit of all! This SO much better than last year! Highly recommended. Check photos below if you want to rent from this company. They take care of the property, people in the building and the neighbourhood so well! Had trouble posting this review some months ago for some reason but wanted share. Worse management i have ever. Last year ash management took over the responsibility of building 686 Sheppard street. From the day things are getting worse and they are doing good for nothing to do improvements in building simply their motive is to collect money very first day of every month. Management is no negligence they don’t care about safety of tenants. From last year most of apartments are having issues with broken flooring which need to be fix asap. Dont recommend it. mark uddin, worst guy u will ever talk too. First he will say something or agree on something and then will say he never said or agreed on that. So, always ask for written proof for everything, never trust on this guy’s words or anyone from this company.
845 Notre Dame Ave apartments I am extremely dissatisfied with this office. Their response is extremely slow — emails and requests are often ignored. Last night, my car was vandalized in the parking area, which clearly demonstrates a complete lack of security on the property. A year ago, I left a review about their slow response, but it was deleted. This office systematically ignores tenant issues and fails to provide basic safety. Not recommended.
