I have never met a more honest and forthright contractor. He laid out all the possibilities for my old asbestos roof including anticipated problems with the decking, etc., as well as the procedures for dealing with asbestos. His crew took exceptional care beyond the expected asbestos requirements, including tarping my entire yard at appropriate times, etc. They didn't even disrupt the cafe lights hanging between the porch and trees. Amazing company! Adam gave the best estimate for repairing damaged areas and installing a new roof. The price never changed and was exactly as he quoted. His team was prompt, polite and cleaned up all debris when the job was completed. I have only great things to say about ASF. And I have to give a huge compliment to the lady who answered my call. You are so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you all so much! I would recommend you to anyone!!!
The company did a wonderful job with our new roof. They kept my yard clean and covered our pool to prevent debris from going in. More damage was found during the project but the contractor always notified us first and advised us of the change in cost. They did not take shortcuts. I would definitely recommend
