Hospice care is about the patient’s comfort in the remaining days of their life. However, this company only provides miscommunication, lack of adequate supplies and lack of support for both the family and patient. After expressing my dissatisfaction with them for two months I finally switched my brother’s care to a different hospice provider. The Certified Nursing Assistants at Ascera were wonderful as well as well as one RN, Christine; however, everyone else provided more stress than Comfort!!!!! My advice is to avoid them ... read more
We trusted the hospice care for both of my parents to Aseracare and with perspective, really understand we couldn't have done it without them. They provided resources I didn't know I needed and even after they past, continued grief services. Amazing group of people to see your loved one through the end and a small peace of mind for the worst of times a family may experience.
Stay away these people are con artists
Darlena is one of the home health aids for this company. Lillian is a registered nurse. I am the owner of several residential care homes for the elderly in Clovis California. Darlena has cared for one of our clients for quite some time. She is a wonderful caregiver. She is definitely a credit to this company. Lillian has come in on occasion to give a second opinion regarding one of our residence and was love so much bye one of her clients that when the client came to stay with us and the family requested that she follow him.... read more
