Mal procedimiento, enviaron mal una carga para Colombia y nunca me respondieron por el valor de la mercancía, asesorense bien antes de hacer cualquier envío con esta empresa, hay muchos Freight en Miami realmente excelentes, Asencoex, irresponsables, realizan mal los procedimientos desde el punto de partida y luego no asumen su responsabilidad.
