Office assistant Shannon is very unfriendly and not very knowledgeable. Other staff members had remarked that she always had a bad attitude that contributes to the sense of uneasiness you feel at the office. Dr. Atta also will not treat you with as much respect if you ask for the more inexpensive options. Seems they're very greed driven individuals that do not concern themselves with the needs and wishes of their patients unless they have money.
I have been a patient of Dr. Asef's for almost 10 years, & I'm not sure WHAT the problem was with the other persons who posted their negative reviews here, but I could not disagree more! Dr. Asef's staff has always been nothing but professional, personable & extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise & their interaction with me as a patient!
