I have lived for about two years. This complex has gotten worse if it is possible. Management changes nearly every season and tenants are not monitored to follow any kind of rules. People sit in the breezeways drinking during the day and into the night. When you come home there is always ascent of marijuana. Currently, my neighbor in building 4 is blasting music so loud I can hear every word of the song he is playing (10:30pm). Rent goes up expectations go down. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful neighbors. Grounds are kept clean. Going on our 3rd year here :)

It took them 2 months to return my $ that they stole from me. All they did was give me the run around about it. I also noticed that they took down my review I gave them.... hmmm??? A little Shady ??? 🤔🤔🤔

These people will still your money!!! They stole $100 from my family!! they said it's a computer glitch but it's been over a month and still no refund!! Everytime I call they say , " we dont know what's going on waiting on corporate" it's been over a month going on 2 months!! I have children I need my $$$ !! I'm tired of getting the run around!!!

I lived here from 2015-2016. I relocated from the (Maryland) area due to receiving a job offer in Asheville. It was extremely close to my job which I love. But when I was moving out the hit me with fees that I was promised was not going to be there. I couldn’t locate the email. The person that told me in the office no longer work their. They had new office staff the entire time I was there. I went to the BBB on them still no help. They just documented my case. I’m glad I’m gone.

I have lived here since November and have found the management team to be excellent. They are friendly, gracious and helpful. The new pool is amazing! I have no complaints. The grounds are also well maintained.
