This is a wonderful place to live and is close to everything you need. Lisa is on-sight and very responsive to all your needs. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting an almost new place at a great price
Great spot, lived here for almost 3 years, now SE Portland is SE Portland, gotta understand you take the good with the bad, my car has never been touched or messed with, neighbors aren’t noisy. You will hear a lot of “fireworks” & some ruckus from time to time. Nonetheless me and my son had a blast with the time that we were here. Definitely not the safest area but, you will manage. Take it for what it is.
Lived here from 2019 - 2021. I moved out when there was a change in management so I can’t speak to how the property is currently run, but I had a great experience during my time at Ascot 146.
Not a good place to live in. There is so many thieves. Maneger have no respect she acts like she is a supervisor on residence. You are not allowed to part any car that is not the car registered in the office for example if you have a guest you cannot have them park at your space and you park outside your car is the only one allowed to be parked at the space. Do not think of moving to this apartment located in 146th between stark and burnside I hope you all can find this helpful
