This apartment complex has great office staff, and it smells amazing at the office, beautiful staff
I had a great experience touring the community with Anh! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The property itself looked amazing — clean, well-maintained, and had everything I’m looking for. I’ll definitely be leasing here once my current lease is up. Highly recommend checking it out and asking for Anh!
Ascot Apartments used to be great. We lived there for several years, but had to leave just a year and a half after new management took over. During that time, we witnessed car tires being slashed and stolen, teenagers roaming the property in ski masks during the summer, and people brandishing pistols at night. Some units were housing 9 to 10 people at a time. We reported these incidents to on-site management, but our concerns fell on deaf ears. Me and my wife came to these apartments. We were just driving by and then the lady that helped us Was Sydney and the manager of the apartments are great. I will advise people to move her. It’s a quiet environment soon as you report something that need fixed they own it right then this is a good community to move into. Thank you so much from Tina and Vickie.
