Called about a tractor oil filter, they said they did not have one in stock but could order one. I said go ahead and get one. My wife picked it up and paid for it. When I looked at the bill I saw where I was charged for freight. Why should I be charged for freight when the filter should be in stock. I was not told this up front and if I had of picked it up I would not have bought it. Wonder how many I paid for to restock their shelves. I will never do business with again.
Travis is a great equipment salesman at ASCO Tyler, Texas. Very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure approach. Very accommodating. I LOVE my new Case 850M. I would use this dealership again if needed. Thank you Travis.
