He is definitely the most intelligent doctor I have ever met as well as the most caring and thorough. I’ve been seeing this doctor for over four years for uncontrolled blood pressure. I asked on my first visit to find out the cause but all he wanted to do was give me meds and send me on my way. Bradycardia was diagnosed on a routine presurgical EKG by my family doctor and Dr Ascenzo said he wasn’t worried about it. My blood pressure continues to be uncontrolled despite taking four different meds. If all you want to do is take pills this is the guy for you.
Dr. Canute performed surgery on my lower back and I was discharged the same day!

Dr. Berkery is the best cardiologist! He has been my cardiologist for many years, and saved my life. Thank you Dr. Berkery and staff for all that you do, and all that you continue to do during these uncertain times especially ??
He recommended follow-up visits every 6 months and then the day before such office visit rescheduled for two months later. During this period, I continued to have cardio issues and was treated by nurses. Important details were missed in treatment and communication was poor. I have switched Cardiologist.
