Lindsey Moeckel takes great care of my 3 year old daughter for her ENT visits. We have been so happy to have her! This office is clean and really cute. Parking is easy. Great experience!
Highly recommended!!!! My daughter and myself both have had sinus surgeries to remove polyps from our sinus cavity. Dr. Stanley McClurg is absolutely fantastic, very experienced, knowledgeable and the utmost professional. He is kind, attentive, energetic, and his passion for what he does shows. You can tell he truly loves his career. The staff is fantastic, caring and attentive. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you have allergy or sinus problems. The surgical center and staff were fantastic. 10 stars out of 5!
The doctors here are genuinely good and that's the only reason this isn't a one-star review. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience is frustrating. The wait times are excessive. Had two kids seen here and we sat in the waiting room far longer than expected both times (about 45 minutes for one of them). But the real nightmare is trying to reach them by phone. Highly recommend Ascentist for any ent surgical needs. I was very impressed with all aspects of the process at the surgery center. The entire staff including check in, pre/intra/post op nurses and anesthesia were amazing with their kindness, professionalism and attentiveness to my care. Dr Ursick was fantastic and I am thankful for his specialized skill set in repairing my ruptured ear drum.
My child had an ear tube procedure yesterday and would caution everyone before undergoing services at this clinic. From the start I knew it was going to be a difficult day. This facility takes on as many ear tube procedures as possible and it felt like we were cattle. After checking in at a scheduled 6:15 am apt with an 8mo old, we waited an hour in a curtained bay (not a room) as more and more people arrived.
