My child had an ear tube procedure yesterday and would caution everyone before undergoing services at this clinic. From the start I knew it was going to be a difficult day. This facility takes on as many ear tube procedures as possible and it felt like we were cattle. After checking in at a scheduled 6:15 am apt with an 8mo old, we waited an hour in a curtained bay (not a room) as more and more people arrived. Well I'm glad I skipped out on this place. Especially after reading the reviews! They gave me bad vibes from the beginning. They sound super shady about billing & making up prices for procedures. I will be taking my money to another establishment where the Doctors aren't liars or leeches. Once I'm given a price, that's what I'm going to pay. The Dr was very condescending, I didn’t feel heard. The appointment seemed rushed and nobody at the office cared to help. Could have just been the staff I saw that day!
I have had nothing but trouble getting the hearing aid people to return calls. I have had to go in person to get anything done or to talk to me. I c/o of my hearing getting worse and after a hearing test told if any very little change. I’ve been waiting at least a month for a call my new hearing aid battery was in and still no call I’m fed up and went to ENT office in Lawerence today. They listened to me. And New hearing test showed marked change from the settings in my hearing aid. They were adjusted and have gone from the ... read more
