Ridiculous! The local office refuses to accept a payment. I have been driving all around my town in Montana trying to pay my mom‘s bill for her at places where they tell me to go and try to pay it, and I am denied each time being told that they do not send payments to this company mind you my mother is 82 years old and does not have the ability to go and drive to all these places. Worst rental company in Rock Springs. The new community manager is the worst. They never answer the phone, respond to maintenance requests, or call you back, but they love to threaten tenants with fines via short-notice notices posted on your door. Maintenance doesn’t do anything. If you try to contact their headquarters, no one calls you back or responds to emails.
I live at Forest Vista and im experiencing extreme issues with the property manager as this can put me in a bind with my job. There is discrimination involved and i need proper guidance on helping resolve this issue so i can finish my last 3 months there and move out. Can someone higher up pls contact me.
Been trying to get a hold of this company to get my w2s so I can file my taxes but they are just ignoring me and refuse to answer. Very illegal.
