Steamboat Springs property. I wouldn't move here unless you absolutely couldn't find another place. Cockroaches. Raised rent $300 dollars/month for a studio, this is against local ordinance. I did hear windfall from the higher-ups in the company talking about how they were living in an Ivory Tower now that rent has been raised. Yes that's right I'm paying $1,900 a month to live in 200 sq ft with cockroaches. There was no landlord this place for 3 months. It is a dumpster fire.
