I worked with Alan Brock for some months and chose to end sessions with him because I didn’t feel truly heard or supported. Most of my experience left me feeling dismissed and misunderstood. He often seemed inattentive, forgetting details from prior sessions, and has given contradictory guidance that created more confusion than clarity. This has been the best mental health and therapy ive been to in years. Coming from a home where it was frowned upon to seek help or counseling. Melissa helped process things at my own pace and get my OCD under control, especially since having a baby two years prior and realizing I needed help not only processing things better but getting help on different levels
I love this place. They always listen to what I actually have to say and have helped me feel safe enough to open up and talk about what's going on with me, even if it's embarrassing. I never feel judged and they are always caring!
